Ingredients:
- Ginger
- Minced garlic
- Onion
- Chopped spring onion
- Boiled eggs
- Mushrooms (I use shitake)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 3-4 cups water (depends on the preferred consistency )
- 1 cup rolled oats
Directions:
- Fry garlic, set aside
- Saute onion and ginger
- Add sliced mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes
- Add water, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder – let boil
- Add oats and stir constantly.
- Top with garlic, spring onions, boiled egg, and serve! 🙂
