[Food] Oatmeal Arroz Caldo

Ingredients:

  • Ginger
  • Minced garlic
  • Onion
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Boiled eggs
  • Mushrooms (I use shitake)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 3-4 cups water (depends on the preferred consistency )
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Fry garlic, set aside
  2. Saute onion and ginger
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes
  4. Add water, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder – let boil
  5. Add oats and stir constantly.
  6. Top with garlic, spring onions, boiled egg, and serve! 🙂
