Ingredients:
- 1 kilo tuna steak – cut into cubes
- chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons unsalted bbutter
- lime juice or calamansi (4 pcs)
Directions:
- Make the marinade by mixing lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the tuna and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Stir fry garlic, set aside.
- Add butter and tuna cubes and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until seared.
- Add 1/2 cup water, oyster sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Top with fried garlic and serve.
