[Food] Tuna Salpicao

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo tuna steak – cut into cubes
  • chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted bbutter
  • lime juice or calamansi (4 pcs)

Directions:

  1. Make the marinade by mixing lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the tuna and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir fry garlic, set aside.
  3. Add butter and tuna cubes and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until seared.
  4. Add 1/2 cup water, oyster sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Top with fried garlic and serve.
