We looooovvvvved this tapas from our recent trip to Barcelona, so I tried making my own version at home!
Ingredients:
- 500g baby squid
- olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- lemon
- cilantro
Directions:
- Clean squid and remove ink. Set aside and pat dry with paper towel.
- Season squid with salt and pepper.
- Heat cast iron and fry squid for about 1 minute, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Stir in garlic, then add cilantro once garlic turns golden brown.
- Serve with lemon. Enjoy!
You can also put parsley in blender and food processor, and pour on to the cooked squid before serving 🙂
