This is very easy to make, and yet very flavorful!
Ingredients:
- Coriander – chopped, plus leaves for garnish
- Carrots –Β julienned
- Red bell peppers – julienned
- red chili – crushed (optional)
- 1 whole garlic – half of the cloves chopped, half thinly sliced
- white fish fillet (you can use sole or tilapia fillets) – cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 lemon – sliced
Instructions:
- Place chopped coriander, carrots, bell peppers, chili, and slice garlic in a large pan
- Arrange fish cubes on top
- In a separate bowl, mix turmeric, paprika, chopped garlic, olive oil, and water. Season with salt and pepper and pour over fish
- Place pan over medium heat, cover and cook for about 20-25 minutes
- Remove cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes
- Garnish with coriander leaves on top
- Squeeze lemon on top, enjoy! π
